Situated in the Las Cumbres de la Riviera complex our apartment overlooks the fantastic Miraflores golf course which is one of the most popular golf courses on the Costa del Sol. It was completed in May 2004 and we have furnished it to a very high standard in a clean, modern style as you can see from the pictures.

Situated in Riviera Del Sol, which is next to Mijas Costa in the Costa del Sol. It’s only a 5-minute drive from the beach and local shops and restaurants.

There are 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and all rooms are fully furnished. Each bedroom sleeps 2 people (1 double bedded room and 1 twin bedded room). There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge which allows for 2 more people to sleep thus enabling up to 6 people to sleep and relax in comfort.

The kitchen and utility room are fitted with a washing machine, oven, hob, large fridge/freezer & microwave plus all the usual kitchen equipment.

The apartment is also fully equipped with TV, English satellite TV, DVD Player (all regions) and Hi-fi System.

All you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun-kissed Costa del Sol.

Local Activities:	Within a 5-minute drive there are 2 supermarkets, a variety of bars and restaurants, the Aztec sports club, the Miraflores golf course and the local beach.

Apartment Location

The apartment is only 25 minutes drive from Malaga airport and is ideally situated between Fuengirola and Marbella. The resort of Puerto Banus is only a 20 minute drive as well as the very popular La Canada shopping mall. Also accessible are the Andalucian mountain villages of Mijas Pueblo and Rhonda.
